Guest enjoy the ability of reaching the beach within a short minute walk through the complex's private path. The house and the whole area is ideal for families, as well as for people who seek quiet and calm days by the sea and nature, far away from the noisy crowds and beach bars..
The house and the whole surrounding area are simple and authentic, yet offering all comforts people need on holidays; modern spacious rooms fully equipped for people to rest and eat inside or out in the terrace. There is private outdoor area and beautiful garden where you can dine, have barbeque, and even sunbathe.
The rooms of the house are modern and decorated with care. On the first level, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds sharing a bathrooms with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the private garden. On the middle level, where the main entrance is, there is an open space modern living room , a fully equipped kitchen and guests wc. Outdoor dining table and BBQ facilities are settled comfortable on this level. Direct access to the parking lot and backyard is available from this level. On the third level, there is a bedroom with king size bed, big closet, ensuite bathroom and veranda where you can enjoy amazing sunsets.
All the spaces of the villa are prepared with personal care and with prior respect to the needs and comfort of the people living.
The access to the sea, as mentioned above, is just easy, a near distance of 300 meters by foot, in your bathing suit. The beach is sandy and is called ELIA beach , it is not organized and a couple of sunbeds and umbrellas are available from us to your use in both options. The sunset by the sea is idyllic here.. The most beautiful beaches of Sithonia are just on your feet.
Just next to the complex there is a minimarket where you can buy your daily needs. You will also find traditional Greek restaurant in a 10 minutes walking distance.
The house is only 10 kms far from the vibrant villages of Nikiti (10 kms), and Neos Marmaras (10 kms), On your way to the villages there are plenty of beach bars and restaurants.

Thessaloniki city is 110 kms away and Makedonia airport just 90 kms , about an hour driving.
Final cleaning is included in the price. Extra cleaning can be offered upon request and cost 50 euros per day.
Wifi internet provided for free. Private Parking lot available for free
Bed Linens and towels are provided, (beachtowels are responsibility of the guest) . Hair dryer provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary crockery and cutlery (Coffee machine , dish towels and tablecloth included). Washing machine and dishwasher are provided.
